The Ladd American Legion Auxiliary will get together for a Christmas dinner from Verucchi’s followed by a meeting. Instead of a Christmas gift exchange, members are asked to bring personal items such as body wash and lotion for the veterans at the LaSalle Veterans Home. Chairman Mary Ellen Reeve will collect addresses to send gifts to active service men and women from the auxiliary. Marilyn Pavinato will be the hostess at the Legion Hall during Ladd’s Christmas Walk on Saturday, December 8th. Cookies and refreshments will be served and Santa Claus will be present to meet with the children. Cookie donations are welcomed.
