Children and grandchildren of Ladd residents are invited to participate in a Halloween Costume Parade and Party. The parade will line up at 11:45am in the North Central Bank parking lot and at noon will proceed south on Main Street to the Community Center. Children will participate in Halloween-themed activities and will be served a lunch of hot dogs, chips, cookies, and a beverage.
