The Zoning Board will meet to consider a variance request filed by Julie Palmer. Petitioner is seeking a reduction in side yard setback from 5′ to 2-1/2 feet for the purpose of constructing a 20 foot x 25 foot garage on her property at 206 North Chicago Avenue.
