Plan Commission Meeting

The Plan Commission will meet to consider a petition from the Esther M. Herlein Trust to annex a 7.27 acre parcel of land which is contiguous to the Village of Ladd.   In addition to considering the request for annexation, the Plan Commission will also consider the request to change the designation of said parcel from an R-1 Single-Family Residential District (as would normally be applied to a newly annexed parcel) to an R-2 General Residential District.  All interested citizens are invited to attend and be heard.
