Recycling Event

The Village of Ladd will sponsor an electronics recycling event for Ladd residents only.  This events is for residential customers only, no commercial.  Residents must provide a Village of Ladd utility bill and driver’s license to show as proof of residency.  A limit of three free items per household, additional items will be $10 each.  Residents are advised to come early as the event will end before noon if the 20-yard dumpster is filled.

Accepted items:

• Cables and cable boxes.
• Blenders (no glass).
• Cash registers.
• Cameras.
• Mobile Electronic Devices.
• Carpet sweepers.
• Computers and laptops.
• Coffee makers (no glass).
• Computer peripherals.
• Curling irons.
• Copiers.
• Electric knives.
• Cords.
• Electric toothbrushes.
• Televisions and monitors.
• Holiday lights.
• DVD players and VCRs.
• External hard drives (all).
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units.
• Fax machines and scanners.
• Video game consoles.

Items not accepted:

• Large kitchen appliances.
• Washers and dryers.
• Medical equipment.
• Light bulbs.
• VHS cassette tapes.
• E-cigarettes.
• Household and lithium batteries.
• Freon containing devices.
