Children and grandchildren of Ladd residents are invited to participate in a Halloween Costume Parade & Party. The parade will line up at 3:45 pm in the North Central Bank parking lot. At 4:00 pm, the Hocus Pocus Hags will lead the parade south on Main Street then east on Locust Street to War Memorial Park where the Hags will perform a dance. The children will be served a hot dog, chips, a cookie, and a beverage. The event is sponsored by the Ladd Recreation Board. Trick or Treat will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm following the party.
