General Election – Tuesday, November 8, 2022

The polling place for Hall Precincts 4 & 9 is the Ladd Community Center.  Polls are open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on Election Day.

Vote by Mail:  Voting by mail is available to anyone who is not able to make it to a poll location for early voting or on Election Day.  You may request a Vote By Mail Ballot for the November 8th, 2022 General Election between August 10th, 2022 and November 3rd, 2022.  Click here for the ballot request page.  You may contact the Bureau County Clerk’s office @ (815) 875-2014 or email countyclerk@bureaucounty-il.gov if you do not receive your ballot or to confirm that your ballot was received back in the County Clerk’s office.

Early Voting:  Early voting begins September 29, 2022 at the County Clerk’s office.

Consolidated Election – Tuesday, April 4, 2023

Petitions for candidacy for the 2023 Consolidated Election are available at the Ladd Village Hall, 121 North Main Avenue.  The terms of three trustee seats held by Jim Manning, Jan Martin, and Mike Urbanowski are expiring.  The filing period is from Monday, December 12 to Monday, December 19, excluding weekend days.  The Village Clerk will accept petitions at Village Hall during regular hours of 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.  On the last day of filing, the Village Clerk will accept petitions at Village Hall from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm.  For general information and the 2023 State of Illinois Candidates Guide, visit www.elections.il.gov.  For Village of Ladd information, call (815) 894-2440.
