Area residents, businesses and organizations are invited to participate in a Snowman Parade as part of Ladd’s 2019 Christmas Walk. All snowmen are welcome, snow is not required. Entries may be floats, vehicles, walkers or skaters – the only requirement is a snowman and a string of lights!
