  • $60 per child/$50 additional child.
  • $100 late registration fee after March 1, 2020.
  • Divisions & Ages:  Instructional League 7-8, Minor League 9-10, Little League 11-12, & Junior League 13-14.
  • Additional sign-up dates:  1/18/20 @ Spring Valley City Hall from 9-Noon & 1/25/20 @ Ladd Public Library from 9-Noon.
