- The Village of Ladd will host a Halloween parade and party for children and grandchildren of Ladd residents.
- Participants are to line up in North Central Bank’s parking lot.
- At 1:00 pm, we will march to the tennis courts at War Memorial Park.
- All children will be given a drink and a snack.
- The Hocus Pocus Hags will perform.
