A Halloween Parade for preschool and school aged children and grandchildren of Village of Ladd residents will be on Sunday, October 25.   Please line up in the North Central Bank parking lot.  The parade will step off at 1:00 pm and proceed south on Main Avenue to War Memorial Park. The Hocus Pocus Hags will perform at the park.  A hot dog, chips, a drink, and sweet treat will be served.
