- The Care-A-Van is staffed with a team of digital health workers and CMA which will connect you with services and share information that will help you better manage your health.
- Services available include health screenings, including blood pressure check, cholesterol and glucose, health care navigation, technology assistance, connection to resources and program enrollment.
- They now also offer virtual visits.
- Meet with a trusted OSF OnCall provider using advanced technology. They can help with pink eye, rashes, sore throat, viral illnesses like cold and flu, and more.
